Ideas on how to build ALO organization In order for ALO to successfully build their organization as well as attract new it has to put in place appropriate measures that will facilitate implementation and realization of the set goals and objectives (Schaubroeck et al, 2012). The following ideas are very instrumental in ensuring that the organization attains its long term goals of development as well as providing the desired services to the frail aged people, those with disability and their carers.

Ideas on building the organizationGoals: Appropriate plan should be put in place to outline the time of achieving the main goal, providing quality services to people with disabilities, as well as the way of measuring achievements (Schaubroeck et al, 2012).Mission: The organization need to be special and unique while providing services as compared to other business units while ensuring that clients not only understand but also agree with it (Schaubroeck et al, 2012).Vision: The direction by which the organization is heading as well as possible changes that will be introduced in the market, and all the stakeholders.

Values: All the ethics, integrity, compassion and care need to be acceptable by all stakeholders.Strategies: All approaches necessary for achieving the set goals of the organization.Targets and objectives: The organization need to specify stakeholders responsible for each function when, where, why and at what cost?Philosophy: The relationship of ALO with the community will have to be consistent with the set aims and activities.Performance indicators: The targets and objectives of ALO need to effectively translate into performance and activities (Suddaby & Huy 2011).

Ways of attracting clientsClients should be treated in the right way, through respect and genuine interaction.Listening to customers and accepting their suggestions.Always providing excellent services while being transparent to satisfy client’s expectations (Schaubroeck et al, 2012).Efforts aimed at promoting trust with the clients need to be embraced fully, through two way communication of any possible changes.Have a follow-up program to determine performance of ALO.Always appreciate clients by showing gratitude and kindness (Suddaby & Huy 2011).
