The lack of support from the Libyan government and the civil society organizations have had a negative impact on the efficiency of the organization; thus, influenced its work of providing organizations in the country. The primary functions of this organization have significantly been affected due to the unavailability of resources and support that was supposed to be extended by the Libyan Government. As a result, there has been witnessed the deterioration in the performance of the organization and increased incidences of humanitarian crises.

The research will focus on the Zintan branch of the LRC organization, which was selected on the basis that the researcher is an indigene of the town; thus, would enable the researcher to gather more appropriate information about the challenges faced by the organization. The main goal of the research is to identify the possible solutions that would help the organization enhance their activities by leveraging it and the Libyan government. The Zintan branch would be used as a medium so that the problems can be well analyzed, and an appropriate solution highlighted, which can later be transmitted to all the other branches of LRC.

A research study comprises of a specific aim that sets the foundation for the entire study to be conducted. The aim of a research study should be focused on the goal of the study and should be aligned with the desired outcomes of the study (Kuada, 2012, p. 35). The given research is an analysis carried on the Libyan Red Crescent Society to identify the challenges it faces and outline the suitable solutions for better performance of its humanitarian activities.
