The company is proud in its heritage, capabilities, and knowledge within its operations across Australia. The company’s integrated offerings help its customers to enjoy their food and beverage services through a central conduit that increases on efficiency and reduces the cost (Kraft Walker Cheese CO. 1930. Pg 14). Spotless capabilities and knowledge makes sure that there is compromise in safety especially in the hospitality and catering sections. The company’s scale and size gives it flexibility, resources as well as financial asset that enables it to have a successful partnership with the clients on key projects. These aspects ensures that the company provides cohesive, high quality and customized services to its customers. For more than 50 years Spotless group has managed to improve on its services to become a principal name in the hospitality management and catering services. They have experienced personnel’s in the food and beverage areas who ensures that all consumer preferences are catered for. For example, Kraft foods has numerous food innovators that are co - located with dedicated infrastructure and world class technologies ( William, (1969.Pg 367). The two companies are able to promote innovations in the food and beverage all over the world by connecting small to medium sized enterprises, people, industry, higher education and technology through cooperative programs to provide world-class improvements (Kraft Foods Limited, 1998).Pg 45). Some of these innovative centers helps in the manufacture of new products, delivering quality testing procedures as well as providing access to world-class consumer study and brand-creation knowledge and competences. Service climate critique Spotless group There are many organizations in Australia that depend on spotless group to be able to make their business work. There is limited supervision thus increasing the employees morale towards work as they are able to motivate themselves in ways such as giving themselves some break among other ways. These motivation strategies used by the company enables it to hold the employees loyalty. They also feel as part of the company and they work hard towards achieving the set goals and objectives. There is also job security in the company unlike other companies that keeps on retrenching their employees. This is important to the company because it is able to retain its experienced and talented workforce reducing on operation and employee recruitment cost. It is note able that those companies that keeps on retrenching employees and employing new ones uses a lot of resources and waste time that could be used in the production process. In the case of customer complains they take good record of these complains investigate them with an aim of identifying the cause as well as the appropriate action to take to certify the complains. Such measures may include market survey, and improving on their customer care services to be able to take record of all the customer complaints and take necessary actions against them. On the other hand once the customer complaints are investigated and corrective actions taken they are documented and kept for future review.
